1978 Alexey Krupsky was born in Kiev/Ukraine.
1982 started to study violin in a music school. Performed with a children music group.
1985 first guitar lessons by well-known jazz guitarist and teacher Vladimir Molotkov.
1988-1992 Studied in a music school by the National P.I.Tchaikovsky Music Akademy, Kiev
1993 entered to Glier Music College for
studying violin and jazz guitar. Played violin in students
symphonic orchestra and in chamber orchestra. Performed in guitar duo with V.Molotkov, Swing College Band", took part in a Festival Radio Rox, TV records in Jazz Club Kiev for L.Goldstein`s programm “35 minutes of jazz”.
1996 met composer Gyia Kantcheli in Berlin, was very impressed by his music and very pleased, that Kancheli appreciated his musical abilities.
1997 started to study at the Academy of Music “Hanns Eisler” in Berlin, department Jazz- and
pop music (jazz guitar by Giorgio Crobu , John Schröder, guitar and methodical by Jeanfrançois Prins). Performed with HfM Big-Band, directing by Jiggs Whigham. Played in Paris an audience for a scholarship tour of Berklee College of Music, became an invitation and scholarship to study at Berklee.
1999 took part in Berklee summer school in Perugia/Italy. Made a CD recordings in Ukraine with a group "Jazz Impression".
2001 performed with a band of a singer Brandon Stone, including concerts Charity ` 01 for children" in Berlin-Velodrome and Against violence and right-wing radicalism". Started to teach in Van Erdewyk private music school" in Berlin.
2002 graduated from Academy of Music "Hanns Eisler"
Recorded music for a historical documentary film "Journey of a Queen"
(for ZDF/Arte TV channels, director V.Shafik)
2003-2004 studied musicology at Humboldt University in Berlin. Worked as a guitar/violin teacher at Hellersdorf Conservatory. Accompanied a well-known German actress Jutta Wachowiak by her literary performance. Played in guitar duo with Alexey Wagner and guitar-dulcimer duo with Pan Mareck.
2004 performed by “Jazztreff Berlin”, by international film festival “Berlinale” and other concerts.
2006 played with "Ja-Ka-Scha" orchestra in a TV
show of Carmen Nebel
by ZDF (among the participants: Chris Norman, Milva, Salvatore Adamo,
musical "Falco meets Amadeus" and others). Performed by "Notte delle
Stelle" 2006.
In april `06 performed by the festival in memory of Vladimir Molotkov. Recorded a new album "April Sky" (duet with Alexey Wagner).
Studio recordings for the new CD of Brandon Stone "Forever And Always" (released in 2006) and for the new album of Tina Karol.
2007 April - performed in Kiev in the frames of the festival dedicated to Vladimir Molotkov.
Mai - accompanyed Bettina Wegner by her farewell tour.
